Featured Project: Fairmont Apartments, Pittsburgh, PA

Ling Partnership provided MEP design services for this managed senior care facility.  The building contains 108 apartments, a number of which are handicap accessible and/or designed for visual or hearing impaired occupants.  The facility also includes a commercial style kitchen/dining room, common gathering areas, laundry facilities, and tenant storage.
