	Bellefonte Area School District Admin. Building
	Ling Partnership was given the responsibility to design and coordinate the replacement of a steam boiler, after the existing boiler failed in place and began leaking steam.
	Bennett Family Center
	Ling Partnership was responsible for the design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for Penn State’s newest child care facility in collaboration with Kieran Timberlake Architects.
	Church of the Good Shepherd
	Ling Partnership was responsible for the design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for State College's second Roman Catholic church.
	Frear North Laboratory
	Ling Partnership provided a study of the HVAC systems of North Frear Building. The study was a first step in a process to improve the performance of the existing mechanical systems.
	Golden Pond Girl Scout Camp
	Ling Partnership provided design services for HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, as well as assistance in acoustic analysis for the Hemlock Girl Scout Council's newest camping facility.
	Indoor Track Facility
	Ling Partnership was chosen to design the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for its Intercollegiate Athletics Multi-Sport Facility in collaboration with NBBJ Architects.
	NASA Robotics Engineering Consortium
	The Architectural Engineering firm of Burt Hill Kosar Rittelmann engaged Ling Partnership to design the fire suppression system for the large facility, which is used to develop and test robotic equipment.
	Neff Elementary School
	With this project, Ling Partnership designed the first Geothermal System for a school building in Pennsylvania. The system had a lower construction cost and provided 15% savings in energy costs.
	Old Main
	Ling Partnership was given the responsibility to study and design the mechanical renovation of Old Main to bring in outside ventilation air to all five floors of this historic Penn State landmark.
	Pine Hall Lutheran Church
	Ling Partnership engineered the new mechanical and electrical systems to provide air conditioning for the entire facility. Also, new lighting fixtures were installed in the sanctuary to provide an improved lighting level.
	PSU Backflow Preventer Study
	Ling Partnership was commissioned to study the backflow prevention systems of the domestic water and fire protection water main service entrances for more than 600 Penn State buildings across Pennsylvania
	PSU Blue Band Building
	Ling Partnership was pleased to provide MEP design services for the new home of Penn State's Blue Band.  After years of living out of a trailer, they finally have a permanent home that reflects their proud reputation.
	PSU Telecom. Infrastructure Improvement
	Ling Partnership provided professional services for the design of the general construction, mechanical, and electrical systems supporting the telecommunications system expansion.
	Rackley Building
	Ling Partnership designed the mechanical and plumbing systems for the renovation of the third and fourth floors in collaboration with Hoffman & Popovich Architects.
	Shaner Hotel Group Corporate Headquarters
	Ling Partnership designed the electrical systems for the Shaner Hotel Group’s new corporate office.  The design included power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, telecom infrastructure, and life safety systems.
	Silver Lake Commons
	Ling Partnership designed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for this 72-apartment senior care facility in conjunction with Perkins Eastman Architects of Pittsburgh, PA.
	Wartik Laboratory - Room 108
	Ling Partnership designed the mechanical and electrical systems required to convert the existing lecture hall into a state-of-the-art video teleconference room in collaboration with Kieran Timberlake Architects.
	Whitmore Laboratory
	Ling Partnership was the prime consultant for the architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design of various renovation projects within Whitmore Laboratory.
	Woodcrest Villa Apartments
	Ling Partnership provided professional services for the design of the mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems supporting the retirement community.
