Review
Description:
This service can be provided as part of a comprehensive package
which begins in the programming phase of the project and may extend
to the performance monitoring phase after the project area has been
occupied for some time. This service may also be provided as an
independent service for only this phase of the project.
During this phase of the project we provide owners or facility
managers with independent and impartial oversight and advice on
their behalf. This process fosters more effective and timely
communication between our client and the design consultant. This
also will ensure that the design complies with the programming.
Benefits:
The following is a list of the potential benefits with the Design
Review service:
- Suggest improvements in the design process in a timely
manner to the consultants that result in an enhanced end
project. The proper timing of the suggestions results in less
resistance from the consultants due to the fact that the design
team has not proceeded so far that the adjustments cause a major
redesign effort. This also avoids delays with delivery of the
complete design package.
- Improve energy efficiency along with reducing other future
building operating costs.
