In the Community

The staff of Ling Partnership prides itself on its involvement in the Penn State and State College communities.

Rich Koval is an active member of Alpha Phi Omega, National Service Fraternity, the largest student-run service organization in the country.  As an advisor to the Alpha Beta Chapter at Penn State, Rich provides guidance and support to the chapter's program of leadership, friendship, and service. 

In 2003, Rich was honored by the Penn State University Student Government as the Student Organization Advisor of the Year, and was featured in Alpha Phi Omega's national publication, the Torch & Trefoil.  In 2006 he was awarded APO's Phyllis Churchill Tenney National Excellence in Advising Award, and in 2007 he received the Alpha Beta Chapter's Distinguished Service Key.
