Electrical/Lighting Engineer,
Manager of Engineering Services

Mr. Koval is the lead electrical engineer for Ling Partnership, responsible for the design of lighting, power distribution, telecommunications, and life safety systems and the production of contract documents in these disciplines.

Mr. Koval has more than ten years experience in the design of lighting, power distribution, telecommunications, and life safety systems.

Mr. Koval has been involved in the design of apartment buildings, churches, education and health care facilities, research laboratories, office buildings, retail stores, and government agencies.

In addition to engineering responsibilities, Mr. Koval is the Manager of Engineering Services and is responsible for all aspects of project management for Ling Partnership.

• Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
